HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?We offer two tier options for client referrals. 1) Refer 5 customers who do business with us to receive 10% off your tax preparation fees. 2) After your 5th referral we will pay you $25 for every new customer you refer to TaxNest Financials Firms. DO YOU OFFER TAX ADVANCES/CAN I PAY MY TAX PREPARATION FEES WITH MY REFUND?YES. TaxNest Financials Offers $9,500 Cash Advances To Qualified Filers. Loan amount is determined by your completed tax report and applicants MUST have a refund owed to them to qualify. Additional banking fees will apply and paid directly to the bank. Fees can be added to your tax preparation fees. YES. Our tax preparation services can also paid through your refund. This option is called Refund Anticipation Check (RAC). With RAC, TaxNest Financials will deduct your tax preparation fees from your refund and give you the remaining balance. Please note that additional fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund as well. TaxNest Financials accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and even online payments through our secure payment portal. We also offer payment plans for those who may need more time to pay off their tax preparation fees. Contact us to learn more about our payment options. IF I OWE THE IRS HOW TO I SUBMIT PAYMENT/SET UP A PAYMENT PLANFor individuals who owe the IRS and are needing assistance paying or setting up a payment plan to cover owed taxes, you can visit the IRS Website, create an account (ID.ME), and make a payment inside of your profile account. Make sure to follow ALL the directions for setting up your account or you will be locked out and will have to schedule an appointment with an IRS assistant to unlock your account. We can assist those in need during your document review/tax planning session after the completion of your taxes.

WHAT IS THE EARNED INCOME CREDIT AND DO I QUALIFY?The Earned Income Credit (EIC) is a refundable federal income tax credit for low-income working individuals and families. When the EIC exceeds the amount of taxes owed, it results in a tax refund to those who claim and qualify for the credit. To qualify, taxpayers must meet certain requirements and file a tax return, even if they did not earn enough money to be obligated to file a tax return. HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY W-2?All employers are required to mail your W-2 by January 31. We may be able to download your W-2 before you receive them in the mail. If you don’t receive your W-2 by that date, you should contact your employer to find out when the form was mailed and verify the mailing address. If you need to have your W-2 sent to you, this will prolong your filing as we will need all documents of income; ALL FORMS OF INCOME MUST BE REPORTED TO THE IRS.

HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY TAX RETURN?If you filed your tax return with TaxNest Financials, you can get a copy of your return from the office where you originally filed or by calling 1-833-357-2522 Ext 3 or log into your dedicated ALCC APP to download a copy of your recent return. If you did not file with 1-800-849-4893, you can request a copy or a transcript from the IRS. A tax return transcript shows most line items from your tax return as it was originally filed, including any accompanying forms and schedules. You can request a FREE transcript by calling 1-800-908-9946 and following the prompts, online at the IRS.gov Website. Click Order a Transcript under the online services option, or order by mail using IRS Form 4506T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return). The IRS does not charge a fee for transcripts. You should allow two weeks for delivery. Additional copies can be purchased for a $57 Fee for each year requested. Allow 60 days to receive your copies via first class certified mail (you will need to sign to retrieve your requested copy)
