No Experience Necessary

You don’t need to have previous experience in the tax field to run a TaxNest Financials Franchise. With the right business acumen and sufficient funds to cover startup costs, you’re ready to start. Due to the seasonal nature of tax services, you can choose to operate your franchise as a part-time venture or expand it into a year-round business by offering services such as business tax returns. This flexibility allows you to manage your time effectively while maintaining the growth and success of your TaxNest Financials Franchise.

Explore Two Franchise Options

Tax Preparation Services

Offered to individuals who have graduated from our TaxNest Academy. This is a great option for entrepreneurs who are new to the industry or seasoned professionals who want to run an office of their own. You will use our Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) to process your clients' returns. There is a $750 bi-annual software fee (valid for 2-Year License Renewal), and profits are split with every return; you receive 80%, and we receive 20%. In addition, we include the following:

  • Special Edition of TaxNest Pro Franchise Plus Edition

  • Training and support on how to set up your tax office

  • Training and support on how to find qualified agents.

  • Training assistance to help train your new agents

  • Assistance with finding a profitable location (i.e. grocery store, check cashing locations, and other retail locations)

  • Annual compliance training and IRS Certifications

  • Full service kick backs & incentives

  • ​

This option does not include TaxNest Financials Elite Full Service Options, only tax preparation for individuals and businesses.

Full Franchise Option

If you are savvy and experienced tax preparer, this option allows you to process returns using your Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN). In addition, you will have access to other licensing and training to offer year-round services to your clients. There is a $1500 annual software fee, and profits are split with every return; you receive 90%, and we receive 10%. In addition, we include the following:

  • Special Edition of TaxNest Pro Franchise Plus Edition

  • Training and support on how to set up your tax office

  • Training and support on how to find qualified agents.

  • Full service training, licensing, and continued education for your agent and all service options

  • Unlimited agent codes 

  • Assistance with finding a profitable location (i.e. grocery store, check cashing locations, and other retail locations)

  • Other Licensing Opportunities: Credit Certification, Bookkeeping and Accounting Certifications, Life/Health Licenses, Investment Securities (SIE, Series 6, 63, 65, 26), MLO License, REB/EREB Licenses.

  • You decide which licenses/certifications to get with lifetime access.

  • $150 monthly fee for access to all advanced options service(s) software (*after 300 agent codes fees increase depending on volume)

  • Annual compliance training (For all professional licenses) and IRS Certifications​
