Tax preparation services' peak season is between January and April of each year, but what about the other 9 months of the year? To help with this gap, TaxNest Financials offers additional licensing, training, and support ranging from comprehensive training to industry-leading software in the areas of bookkeeping and Accounting, Credit Restoration, Insurance, and Investment/Retirement Planning.

No Experience Necessary

You do not need to have prior experience in the finance industry field to run a acquire further education, training, and licensing. All you need is an open mind to learn, a willingness to show up for training, and the funds necessary to cover the costs of state/federal examinations. With these additional certifications and licensing you can offer services throughout the year and increase your bottom line while helping your clients in a meaningful way.

Explore Two Options

Full Franchise Option

If you are savvy and experienced tax preparer, this option allows you to process returns using your Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN). In addition, you will have access to other licensing and training to offer year-round services to your clients. There is a $1500 annual software fee, and profits are split with every return; you receive 90%, and we receive 10%. In addition, we include the following:

  • Special Edition of TaxNest Pro Franchise Plus Edition

  • Training and support on how to set up your tax office

  • Training and support on how to find qualified agents.

  • Assistance with finding a profitable location (i.e. grocery store, check cashing locations, and other retail locations)

  • Other Licensing Opportunities: Credit Certification, Bookkeeping and Accounting Certifications, Life/Health Licenses, Investment Securities (SIE, Series 6, 63, 65, 26), MLO License, REB/EREB Licenses.

  • You decide which licenses/certifications to get with lifetime access.

  • $150 monthly fee for access to all advanced options service(s) software

  • Annual compliance training (For all professional licenses) and IRS Certifications

Al-Le-Carte Purchase

This option is best for entrepreneurs who are just beginning their tax preparation journey, this option allows you to process work at your own pace and add additional services as they learn and grow. Software fees, training, and profit splits are based on per service type.

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting Services ($350 One Time Payment with $150 Annual Renewal Fee):

  1. Two certification options (bookkeeping and accounting for business accounts) with access to hands-on training and software.

  2. Unlimited client potential, marketing training

  3. $25 monthly platform fee for access to software and ongoing training and support

  4. Annual compliance training 

  5. Pre-licensing can be completed in 1 month; a passed company certification exam is required to offer services, enrollment fee covers the certification exam fee.

  • Credit Restoration ($499 One Time Payment with $250 Annual Renewal Fee)*:

  1. Two certification options (personal credit and business credit) with access to hands-on training and software.

  2. Unlimited client potential, marketing training

  3. $35 monthly platform fee for access to software and ongoing training and support

  4. Annual compliance training

  5. Pre-licensing can be completed in 1 month; a passed company certification exam is required to offer services, enrollment fee covers the certification exam fee

  1. 8 professional licenses and 7 professional certifications with access to hands-on training and software.

  4. Pre-licensing can be completed in 3-9 months; a state exam is required to obtain the license(s), enrollment fee covers one state exam fee per license type. There are services that do not require a state or federal license exam to offer services to clients.

  5. Prior to payment, a formal interview must happen to determine if individuals qualify for this al-la-carte option.

  • Real Estate ($899 One Time Payment with $250 Annual Renewal Fee)*:​​​

  1. Two licensing options (Real Estate Broker "no experience necessary" and Employing Real Estate Broker "3-year experience is required to obtain this license") with access to hands-on training and software.

  2. Unlimited client potential, marketing training

  3. $150 monthly platform fee for access to software and ongoing training and support

  4. Annual compliance training

  5. Pre-licensing can be completed in 3 months; passing a state exam is required to acquire the license, enrollment fee covers one state exam fee. 

  6. Prior to payment, a formal interview must happen to determine if individuals qualify for this al-la-carte option.
